Reading these wireframes
Kora records, it never adjudicates. No fault field, no auto-penalties, no recommended action anywhere in these screens. Disputes are settled by the parties under their own contract — the app's job is to make sure the record can withstand someone motivated to discredit it.
Attestation strength is visible, not hidden. Every handover is labelled strong, adequate or provisional at the moment it happens and again on the monthly statement. Fallback is always permitted and always slower, so it never silently becomes the default.
Both parties see the same data at the same time. The laundry's scorecard on their own app is the one Company A sees. A floor's net position is shown to that floor. Asymmetry is what turns a transparency layer into somebody's weapon.
Absences are decisions. No stock-adjust control exists anywhere. Housekeeping has no targets or scores. Floor custodians cannot see other floors. Each of those is a deliberate constraint, not a missing screen.
